It has top quality finishes, with limestone load-bearing walls, forming carved masonry on the façade and ashlars in the arches of the living room and library. The ground floor floors are ceramic. In certain rooms it would be necessary to reform the interior.
The Tower is an asset of cultural interest with the category of monument, being registered in the General Registry of Assets of Cultural Interest.
